Obituary of Emanule "Sam" Napoli

Troy, NY Emanule (Sam) Napoli, 94, of Lansingburgh passed away on Monday October 19, 2020. Sam was a WW II Veteran stationed in Germany , then he worked for the City of Troy for 26 years retiring in 1992 from the Code Enforcement Dept. He also enjoyed helping his wife with her coffee shop (Mrs Napoli) and later to help his daughter at her coffee shop (Sue's Place). He enjoyed his winter's in Florida. When he was home during the summer months he was busy making his wooden lawn ornaments. Sam was a member of HUV Antique Car Club, Chevy Car Club, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his children Sam (Denise) Napoli, Grace McGrath, John (Hazel) Napoli, Emanule, aka Manny (Tammy) Napoli, Susan Napoli Ward, Daniel Napoli, David (Betty) Napoli as well as 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He was predeceased by his wife Marion of 48 years, granddaughter, Theresa Napoli, great grandson Jason Napoli and great granddaughter Makayla Malala and daughter in law Kathleen Napoli. A Graveside service was held on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 11 o'clock in the morning at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 40 MIddletown Road, Waterford, NY 12188.
