Obituary of Heidi Helen Parker

TROY- Heidi Helen (Scudds) Parker, 56, of Troy, died unexpectedly on June 27, 2021 while on vacation. She was born in Pittstown, NY on November 22, 1963. A daughter of the late Harold and Norma Scudds. Heidi was a graduate of Brittonkill High School, class of 1982. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed spending time with her family during the holidays and exchanging cards. She is survived by one daughter, Ciara (Shawn) Papielion, two brothers Seth and Noel Scudds, and three grandchildren: Guilianna Zinna, Stella Papielion and Reagan Papielion. A private memorial gathering will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home at the convenience of the family.
