Dear Uncle Billy, although I have only just met you via Lissy McCormack, your niece Elaine's daughter, we have talked on the phone and face timed so I feel close to you in that way. When I first saw you, I remembered my grandfather John Ratigan from when I was very young. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet in person but I enjoyed our phone calls and the stories you shared about my dad Herbert F. Ratigan. May you rest in the peace of Christ.
