Obituary of Donna R. Krupa

Troy, NY- Donna Ruth Krupa, age 82, died on September 15, 2016, at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, surrounded by her loving family. Donna is survived by her children, Donna (Rocco) Sorriento, Darlene (Tim Anastasio) Logozzo, Virginia (Daniel) Visker, Michael (Tami) Harrington, Donald (Andrea) Harrington as well as her 29 grandchildren, and 43 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children Sheila Harrington, and Bernard (Melinda) Harrington, and her husband Walter Krupa. Donna was born in Cloudland, GA, to parents Ellie May and William Denton. She served in the US Army during the Korean War. She relocated to New York State in the 1950s. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016, at 10 o'clock from the RIVERVIEW FUNERAL HOME, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street), Troy. Interment with military honors will follow the service in the Gerald B.H. Solomon - Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Donna's life. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the Albany VA Hospital for their kindness to our mother and our family, and their exceptional care.
