TROY ~ John J. Minehan, 85, of Troy, died July 12, 2016 after a long battle with heart disease. Survivors include his wife Judith A. Minehan, sons; Jack, David and Michael Minehan. Stepfather of Tom (Monique), Linda, Steve, Diane, Jon (Amy) and David (Catherine) Duval. Burial will be at the Saratoga National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
