Aunt Kathleen, You have been my comfort, strength and inspiration all of my life. I will always cherish all my memories of our time together whether in person or our long telephone conversations. I will miss you very much but know that you will be in my heart forever. You are at peace now and with all your loved ones that have gone before you. Your unwavering faith has been a role model for all that knew you. I love you and know that someday we will be together again. Thank you for your love and nurturing. Love always, your niece Kathy

Kathleen was my great aunt. She was super complimentary and positive. My favorite memory happened 5 years ago. I went to Albany with my mom to visit Aunt Kathleen. While we were there, she noticed my houndstooth (black and white pattern) jacket. She kept commenting about how much she liked it. We ended up buying her one before we left. When we gave it to her, she put on a fashion show and strutted around her kitchen like a super model. I loved seeing such spunk in a 95 year old. She had a beautiful smile and glow. She taught me that staying positive is the key to staying young! I will miss you Aunt Kathleen. I wish Haven could have met you.

Aunt Kathleen, My favorite person in the whole world. My soul mate and confidant. I will miss you terribly, but am comforted to know that you will always be watching over me. I will always remember how warm you were, our chats over tea and on the phone, and how you saw me through some hard times in my life and kept me laughing. Thank you for being in my life. Rest in peace and say hi to my Dad for me. Love, your niece Barbara

To Rose family and friends. We are so sorry for your loss. It's never easy losing a mother no matter what your age is. Take it one day at a time and God will give you his strength to endure . John 11:21-26, Psalm 37:29.

Dearest, sweetest Kathleen. I met Kathleen when I began dating her oldest grandson, George. From the moment I met her she took me into her heart and gave warm open acceptance. Everytime we visted I listened with fascination of her stories growing up and about her family, good and bad times. Always she offered tea and if you stayed a wee drop of something. I never left her house that she didn't offer a special gift, a bit of lace, an Irish linen pillowcase. Always she would put the violet towels out for me and the coffee cup with roses on it because I was Rose. Once in a generation do you meet such a blessed, bright soul and Kathleen was that to me. God rest Kathleen, enjoy your family that has gone before you and look down on us and smile. I love you...Rose
