I remember Jerry as popular, happy, and so outgoing in high school. He always seemed ready to do just about anything for anyone. He gave great hugs except I was always afraid he'd break me in two!

Uncle Jerry was one of my favorite uncles. He always had a smile on his face and everytime I saw him, I would get a huge hug. He was loved by so many people and is missed by even more. He is now reunited with his parents and brothers. I miss you. Rest in Peace Uncle Jerry.

Jerold Utter was one of the kindest, most upbeat, wonderful fathers I have met in my time meeting the parents of friends of mine. He made me feel as if somehow I was in the family each time that I saw him -even though I was just one of the many, many friends his son has. He totally made everyone around him feel comfortable. No one was a stranger to him. I told Jim many times how lucky he was to have a dad like that. Jerold was just really, really a nice guy. I used to tell Jim he was the son of the best damnn limo driver in upstate New York. I'll always remember him as the kind of guy that everyone would want as a dad. He was a great guy. CBL
