Obituary of MaryJane Connors

LASINGBURGH- MaryJane Connors, 76, died December 2, 2021, with her family by her side at her daughter's home in Pittstown, New York after being a lifelong resident of Lansingburgh. Born In Lansingburgh to Marion Connors (Batchelder), and William Emmett Connors. MaryJane attended Lansingburgh High School, and later received certification to be a clerk typist for Rensselaer County Department of Social Services Medicaid unit where she retired from. MaryJane had interests and hobbies, but nothing compared to the love she felt for her family. She was born with strong nurturing instincts and was compelled to put her family before everything. She was the most fulfilled and content when surrounded by the people she cared about most. She is survived by her daughter Holly Connors (Mike Wilber), her two grandchildren Matthew Palmer and Jeanette Wilber, her two great-grandchildren Harper Jane and Noah, her siblings Milton Connors (Janice), Francis Lovelette, John Connors, and Robert Connors, and several nieces and nephews. MaryJane was predeceased by her Siblings Janet LaPosta, Joseph Connors, William Connors. Relatives and friends are invited and may call from 4-6PM on Tuesday, December 7th at Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street) in Troy, where prayers will be offered at 6PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to Community Hospice Care. They comforted not only MaryJane in her final days, but her family as well.
