To all of Chuckie's family and friends I would like to extend my sincere condolances. When he was a student at School#12, he was a quite a character. Over the years we actually friends because I liked him and he liked me. One story I'll aiways remember happened when Chuck got kicked out of class, and he decided to take off from school. I drove around South Troy but couldn't find him. Finally I saw him in Stewerts, so I went in and he was drinking a coffee and smoking a cig!! I told him we had to go back to school and he said ok as soon as he finished his coffee!! That was Chuck's way of doing business and I respected that. RIP Chuck.
