To Melanie’s family and friends , my condolence to your severe and unexpected loss! due to the distances of our living places, Melanie and me met only a few times. But enough times to realize that she was a beautiful soul full of kindness and she left her foot marks in my heart and memory. Rest in peace my dear Melanie ! all the best for you all!

Rocco and Phil, There are no words to express my sorrow. I have missed having your mother next door since she moved: texts and phone calls just aren't the same as sharing coffee and hugs. I know she is happier now, but this has left a hole in my heart. She was a wonderful friend.

Melanie was our neighbor for the past year or so. We shared a garden. She kept the bird feeders full so we could enjoy beautiful visitors. She loved our 14 yo dog, always had a cookie for her. We bonded over art and music many times, she was quite the artist. Her absence is felt deeply, no longer there to greet us on the way in or out the door, the little things is what I’ll miss the most. I will plant a flower garden for her and fill the birdseed. May her soul rest in peace.

Crazy that the video of Melanie and me walking my first flip came up on my memories just a week or so ago❣️ I wish I could post the video! I'll never forget her.
